Job description

We’re looking for a Blockchain Developer to join our product engineering team and help build infrastructure that powers financial products and their trading on a crypto exchange. You’ll take the lead on smart contract development, on-chain/off-chain integrations, and event-driven backend services that connect Ethereum with internal platforms and user-facing systems.

You’ll be part of the team that:

  • Collaborates with product, backend, frontend, and infrastructure teams to design and ship blockchain-integrated features as part of larger product workflows.
  • Develops and maintains secure, upgradeable ERC-20 smart contracts with custom metadata, lifecycle controls, and administrative logic.
  • Builds high-performance blockchain listeners (in Go or Node.js) to monitor token events and trigger workflows across systems and services.
  • Works with managed Ethereum node providers (e.g. QuickNode, Alchemy, Infura) to ensure reliable, low-latency access to blockchain data and transactions.
  • Contributes to the exchange integration strategy, including CLOB engines, token listing criteria, market-maker logic, and pricing syncs.
  • Coordinates with backend and low-code teams (e.g. Xano, N8N) to surface token state, pricing, and analytics data across internal dashboards and public facing interfaces.

Your challenges

  • Write and audit Solidity smart contracts for ERC-20 token lifecycle management, admin tools, and metadata extensions.
  • Build and scale blockchain event listeners that monitor thousands of token contracts and update off-chain systems in real time.
  • Design APIs and automation workflows to sync token balances and trading metadata across internal platforms and the exchange.
  • Integrate with managed Ethereum node providers to support secure, event-driven and performance-sensitive smart contract interactions.
  • Participate in architecture and delivery planning for tokenised trading infrastructure and liquidity operations.

Minimum qualifications

  • 3+ years of Solidity development experience, including smart contract deployment, testing, and upgrades.
  • Proficiency in Go or Node.js for backend services and blockchain integrations.
  • Solid understanding of Ethereum token standards (ERC-20) and smart contract security practices.
  • Experience using managed Ethereum node providers (QuickNode, Alchemy, Infura) for WebSocket and RPC connections.
  • Familiarity with Web3 libraries and wallet integrations (e.g. ethers.js, web3.js, WalletConnect).

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience building blockchain listeners or event indexers at scale.
  • Exposure to crypto exchange infrastructure (CLOB engines, token listings, order handling).
  • Experience working with API-driven backend environments and low-code tools
  • Understanding of tokenised asset flows, including mint/unmint mechanics, performance fee issuance, and market-making support.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Office-based role in a collaborative, fast-moving product team
  • Annual learning and development budget (conferences, certifications, smart contract audits)
  • Opportunity to build production-grade blockchain infrastructure for tokenised trading systems
  • Medical, wellness, and lifestyle benefits
