Job summary

Marketech International is seeking a skilled Biomedical Engineer to support and manage biomedical equipment and healthcare technology solutions. You’ll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide technical support to clients and healthcare facilities to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include site installations, training, diagnosing issues, reporting, and ensuring timely service within regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in biomedical/electrical/electronic engineering.
• Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach.
• Mature, self-motivated and able to perform under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission equipment at customer sites.
• Provide training on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems; perform system testing.
• Prepare accurate reports for management and customers.
• Ensure timely service repairs and prevent backlog of faulty units.
• Maintain CRM updates and communicate issues to management.
• Collaborate with team to improve service delivery and knowledge.
