Job description

You are responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair of designated medical equipment.

You will conduct preventative maintenance according to scheduled plans.

You are expected to maintain customer service logs and internal service records promptly.

You will participate in sales opportunities such as contract renewals and support revenue programs.

Training clinical staff on the use of designated equipment will be part of your duties.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work in PUCHONG.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Skills in non-invasive cardiology equipment, patient monitoring, fetal monitors, AED, defibrillators, and good communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in diagnosing and repairing medical, electromechanical, or electronic equipment.
• Preferably with biomedical engineering specialization.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident public speaking.
• Willing to travel and own a vehicle.
