Frontier Renewable Energy Sdn Bhd is seeking three Biomass Technical Engineers to support development, design and implementation of biomass energy projects across Malaysia. Roles are based in Gurun, Kedah or Johor with fixed locations and no inter-state rotation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical/Energy/Thermal/Power Engineering or related field
• Preference for graduates from UM, UKM, USM, UPM, UTM or UTP or reputable overseas universities
• Professional engineering qualifications or certifications are an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in energy, industrial engineering or related sectors
• Experience in industrial energy efficiency, biomass combustion, biomass gasification, coal gasification or industrial heating projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Willingness to be based at assigned project locations in Gurun, Kedah or Johor
• Good command of English; Chinese is an added advantage

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site visits, technical inspections and feasibility assessments for biomass energy projects
• Collect, analyse and evaluate site-specific technical data and requirements
• Identify technical constraints, risks and project needs and provide reliable assessments
• Liaise with boiler, gasifier and industrial heating system providers and review equipment specifications
• Develop, evaluate and optimise technical proposals and engineering solutions
• Perform feasibility studies, cost estimates and technical evaluation reports
• Provide technical support during project development, negotiations, construction and implementation
• Monitor project implementation and troubleshoot biomass processing, combustion and gasification issues
