Job description

Responsible for conducting Digital Construction training and implementing BIM software and Project Documentation tools.

Responsible for setting up BIM model requirements and closely monitoring BIM modeling progress.

Able to generate shop drawings from BIM models.

Able to conduct QAQC on BIM models.

Responsible for managing BIM modellers' work scope and work schedule.

Able to establish and monitor clashes with the project team.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil, MEP, QS, or equivalent

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Architecture, Civil, MEP, QS, or related fields

- Knowledge of BIM software (Revit, ACC, Navisworks, Aconex, or others)

- Pro-active with the ability to work independently

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Prior experience as a trainer or similar role is an advantage

- Basic salary + attractive commission + allowance
