Job description

Produce BIM 3D models, Concrete Body Plan (CBP), Consolidated Services Drawing (CSD), and related shop drawings in accordance with project requirements.

Able to complete BIM models and related drawings in a timely and quality manner.

Oversee the execution of the project to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards, and recommend improvements where needed.

Develop and deliver Clash Reports to ensure all external parties are aligned and updated to resolve clashes.

Assist in coordinating, design development, design review, and value engineering.

Ensure all prerequisite documents are submitted and approved before work proceeds.

Liaise with authorities and consultants to obtain timely approvals.

Check all construction drawings to ensure they are well coordinated. Identify insufficient information or discrepancies and issue Requests for Information (RFI).

Attend various project meetings, communicate information, and follow up on required actions.

Prepare, maintain, and update progress reports (fortnightly, monthly, etc.).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler (Electrical) with strong knowledge of BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• In-depth understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with clash detection, coordination, and issue resolution is a plus.
• Experience in Data Centre Projects and the ability to start work immediately.
