Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Building Information Modeling (BIM) Modeller to join our team. The BIM Modeller will play a critical role in creating, managing, and maintaining accurate 3D models for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. This position requires a strong understanding of BIM processes, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure models meet project specifications and standards.
• Coordination and Collaboration:
  • Coordinate and integrate models from multiple disciplines, including architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
  • Identify and resolve clashes through clash detection processes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to optimize workflows and improve project efficiency.
• Documentation and Standards:
  • Generate accurate construction documentation and drawings from BIM models.
  • Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
  • Maintain proper documentation of revisions and updates.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Address discrepancies and inconsistencies in the models promptly.
• Training and Support:
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on BIM processes and tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technologies and practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or other relevant tools.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in BIM modelling, preferably in MEP disciplines. Fresh BIM modellers are welcome too.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Certifications (Optional): BIM-related certifications are a plus (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).
