Johnson Controls seeks a BIM/CAD Engineer to collaborate with Project Management and Construction teams, delivering highly detailed BIM drawings and CAD models. You will develop BIM standards, ensure model quality, and coordinate with engineers to meet design requirements and regulatory compliance.

The role requires independence, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with good English and Bahasa communication. Occasional travel may be required for project support.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of related industry (Security, BMS, ELV etc.) preferred.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Good written English and Bahasa, verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Project Management and Construction teams to deliver highly detailed BIM drawings.
• Develop and coordinate BIM standards, ensure quality across all models and files.
• Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support and participate in coordination meetings.
• Gather system requirements from engineers and translate into accurate designs.
• Prepare rough sketches and detailed drawings using CAD & Revit systems.
• Review and redraw designs with the project team ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines; troubleshoot BIM issues.
• Contribute to documentation, dissemination, and monitoring of BIM standards and best practices.

What you will do:

Work closely with our Project Management and Construction teams to utilize BIM modeling to create drawings that are of the highest level of detail and accuracy.

How you will do it:

• Manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and quality on all related files and models
• Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support, attend coordination meeting
• Liaising with engineers to gather system requirements and designs
• Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CAD & Revit systems.
• Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the project team.
• Ensuring final designs are compliant with regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing and complex projects while being able to successfully meet the requirements
• Troubleshoot any BIM related issues
• Manage BIM project benchmarks to meet project deadlines
• Contribute to the documentation, dissemination and monitoring of standards, best practices, and industry advancements

What we look for:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Candidates with Knowledge of in a related industry (Security, BMS, ELV etc.) are preferred
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Autodesk software such as AutoCAD,Revit etc
• Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Good written in English and Bahasa and verbal communication skills with both internal and external.
• Good interpersonal and communication with both internal and external.Strong team player and ability to multi-task
• Willing to travel frequently.
