Job summary

A leading company in construction is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur. This role requires developing BIM standards, supervising modelers, and managing project data. Job description

Main Contractor background

Working Hours: 830am to 530pm (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards and protocols

Coordinate and manage BIM models and data across multiple projects using BIM 365, ACC and Revit

Supervise and provide guidance to BIM Modelers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models

Familiar with 4D and sequencing in BIM

Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements

Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes

Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and resolve any issues related to BIM models

Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination or a similar role

Proficiency in BIM software such as ACC, BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD

Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
