BIM Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Coordinator located in Johore, Malaysia. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, working closely with project teams, and ensuring models are accurate and up-to-date. Daily tasks include collaborating with architects and engineers, reviewing project specifications, and managing BIM standards for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The role also involves overseeing project timelines, technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Experience in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Knowledge of Architecture and proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Project Management skills, including timeline management and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of construction processes and technical specifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the electromechanical construction industry is a plus
