Job description

Responsible for the implementation of BIM Project Execution Plan and digital workflows for collaboration and data exchange across architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines.

BIM Model and Process Auditing

Ensure all digital models are BIM compliant and BIM data is accessible to all project participants.

Possess experience in BIM modelling and producing professional drawings.

Support BIM implementation, authoring, and coordination throughout all project phases.

Coordinate design matters among key project stakeholders.

Assist the project team in developing design, construction, coordination, shop drawings, and as-built drawings to support construction activities.

Chair BIM coordination meetings and produce meeting minutes as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP, or equivalent.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of local industry experience in architectural, structural, or M&E BIM implementation.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and modelling.
• Proficiency in English for communication and documentation, including chairing meetings with clients and consultants.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
