Job summary

A leading company in electrical trading seeks an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage and maintain AR records, generate invoices, and conduct reconciliations. Candidates should possess a Diploma and have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Autocount software and strong communication skills in English and Malay are essential. Qualifications

Job description

Manage and maintain accurate accounts receivable (AR) records, check on outstanding accounts to ensure timely collection.

Generate and issue invoices on a timely manner.

Conduct regular customer account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Coordinate with internal departments (Sales and Finance) for billing-related queries and discrepancies.

Prepare aging reports to assist in monthly closing activities.

Assist in other ad hoc administrative and billing tasks, such as debtor statements, monthly sales, financial reports, sales executive claims, and commissions.

Job Requirements & Skills

Min. 1-2 years of experience in invoicing, AR payments, credit control, and related administrative roles.

Must have experience in Autocount software and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

At least SPM/Diploma level. Higher education certificates are not mandatory; we value work ethic and a positive attitude.

Good command of English and Malay. Mandarin is optional.

Strong attention to detail and numbers, self-organized, with good communication skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a stable office environment.

Location

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Saturday 8:30 am – 1:00 pm (twice a month).
