Responsibilities

• Generate and validate customer invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Process and apply incoming customer payments and reconcile with invoices.
• Liaise with internal departments on billing inquiries and payment allocations.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to internal controls and SLAs.
