Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused retail team member to assist customers, explain products, and support a great shopping experience under the Be In Goodhealth brand.

You will manage product displays, FEFO/FIFO stock practices, and stock control while handling payments at the POS. The role includes promotions and pricing activities and opportunities for promotion as the company grows across 300+ outlets.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to explain product information and assist selection.
• Experience in stock handling and shelf presentation preferred.
• Attention to price integrity and promotional displays is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product information and help them find items.
• Ensure product visibility and proper display, applying FEFO and FIFO inventory practices.
• Receive deliveries, store stock, and support stock control.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to pharmacy team when needed.
• Attach price tags, stay informed on promotions, and create appealing displays.
• Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register.

Duties/Responsibilities (Training Provided)

Customer Assistance: Attend to customers, providing product information, helping them find what they need, and offering advice on product selection.

Product Display: Ensure product visibility and proper display, implementing FEFO and FIFO practices for inventory management.

Inventory Management: Receive incoming goods, store deliveries appropriately, and assist in stock control and management.

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, referring them to the appropriate pharmacy team member when necessary.

Promotions and Pricing: Attach price tags to products, stay updated on special promotions, and create appealing displays.

Payment Processing: Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.
