BIG Pharmacy is expanding across Malaysia with a strong presence in Terengganu. This role focuses on assisting customers, guiding product choices, and maintaining accurate stock and displays in a busy retail pharmacy environment.

You will handle transactions, price tagging, and promotions while supporting the pharmacy team to deliver excellent service. Training provided and opportunities for career progression are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or pharmacy environment is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Accurate cash handling and basic POS operation.
• Interest in health and beauty products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Attend to customers, provide product information and help with product selection.
• Ensure product visibility and proper display using FEFO and FIFO.
• Receive goods, store deliveries and assist in stock control.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer issues to the pharmacy team when needed.
• Attach price tags, monitor promotions and create attractive displays.
• Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register.

Duties/Responsibilities (Training Provided)

Customer Assistance: Attend to customers, providing product information, helping them find what they need, and offering advice on product selection.

Product Display: Ensure product visibility and proper display, implementing FEFO and FIFO practices for inventory management.

Inventory Management: Receive incoming goods, store deliveries appropriately, and assist in stock control and management.

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, referring them to the appropriate pharmacy team member when necessary.

Promotions and Pricing: Attach price tags to products, stay updated on special promotions, and create appealing displays.

Payment Processing: Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.
