BIG Pharmacy is seeking a frontline associate for our Malaysia stores. You will assist customers, provide product information, and help shoppers find items while ensuring clear product displays.

Training is provided. You will handle inventory, process payments, and support promotions with accurate tagging. BIG Pharmacy operates over 300 outlets across Malaysia, offering growth and development opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Customer assistance and product information for shoppers.
• Inventory management and stock control, FEFO/FIFO display.
• Payment processing and cash handling with accurate reconciliation.
• Promotions and pricing, tagging products and creating appealing displays.
• Customer service and issue referral to pharmacy team.

Duties/Responsibilities (Training Provided)

• Customer Assistance: Attend to customers, providing product information, helping them find what they need, and offering advice on product selection.
• Product Display: Ensure product visibility and proper display, implementing FEFO and FIFO practices for inventory management.
• Inventory Management: Receive incoming goods, store deliveries appropriately, and assist in stock control and management.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, referring them to the appropriate pharmacy team member when necessary.
• Promotions and Pricing: Attach price tags to products, stay updated on special promotions, and create appealing displays.
• Payment Processing: Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.
