A national law firm is looking for a Bids Executive to join their team based in Bristol. The firm seeks someone capable of providing day-to-day project management and support on tenders by working closely with nominated Partner leaders. The successful candidate will report to the Bids Manager.

The Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Bids Manager in all aspects of their role
• Tracking opportunities daily and circulating updates
• Managing new tender opportunities from notification to submission
• Creating InDesign images for tenders and presentations
• Updating the tender portal with documents and compliance info
• Ensuring CVs are current and recorded in the databank
• Assisting with tender feedback and debriefs
• Providing cover for bids when the Bids Manager is out of office

The Candidate:

• Previous experience with bids or legal service tenders is essential
• Excellent IT skills are required
• Degree in a relevant field or professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
