BID Designer (Power Point & InDesign Specialist) (ID: 672387)

As a Bid Designer, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and visual design of high-value bids, including in-country strategic tenders and cross-country regional proposals.

This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs. You will collaborate closely with our commercial teams to translate customer pain points and priorities into visually compelling, tailored proposals that demonstrate how to meet their challenges. You will work with Country Sales Leads, Subject Matter Experts across the region, and the wider APAC & Middle East bid and marketing teams.

Your goal is to bring customer stories and value propositions to life through exceptional design, ensuring every submission is visually impactful, persuasive, and aligned with client priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design visually compelling, customer-focused bid documents, presentations, and support materials using PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and other Creative Cloud tools.
  2. Translate complex content into clear, persuasive layouts, infographics, and visual narratives that align with company and customer priorities.
  3. Collaborate with commercial, bid, and marketing teams to shape the visual storytelling of proposals from start to finish.
  4. Create and maintain reusable templates and design assets to ensure consistency and efficiency across submissions.
  5. Reflect customer pain points, goals, and decision criteria in the visual structure and flow of each bid.
  6. Support tasks such as version control, deadline tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
  7. Deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines while managing multiple bids simultaneously.
  8. Contribute to defining and improving bid design standards, brand alignment, and sales collateral in the region.
What We’re Looking For:

We seek someone with a keen eye for detail and design, caring about spacing, text alignment, and the overall harmony of visual elements. You should enjoy creating designs that are not only attractive but also balanced, easy to read, and professional. Curiosity about new tools like AI to enhance design is a plus.

You should combine creativity with precision, consistency, and a high standard of quality to produce polished, professional bid materials.

Qualifications and Experiences:
  • Expert-level skills in PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • At least 3 years of experience in bid design, proposal support, or sales enablement design, preferably in facilities services, B2B, construction, or professional services.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing customer-facing bids, decks, and visual storytelling, especially in PowerPoint and InDesign.
  • The ability to understand and visually represent customer needs, value propositions, and technical information.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with experience working across multiple countries and time zones.
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
