Job summary

Siemens Energy Malaysia is offering an internship within the EHS & Quality team for Asia Pacific & China. The role supports the SharePoint site, internal documents, and EHSQ administrative tasks while applying Power BI and advanced Excel skills.

You will work with the regional EHSQ team and may visit operating sites. The ideal candidate is a current IT/CS student with coursework in data visualization, web content management, and technical writing, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with data visualization, web content management, or documentation projects is a plus.
• Experience in Health, safety, environment and/or Quality related processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• 40% BI: connect to data sources, build dashboards and reports with Power BI.
• 40% SharePoint: design, develop, and manage SharePoint Online sites and content.
• 20% Documentation: create SOPs, user guides, and admin support for EHS tasks.
