Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to drive beauty and wellness sales. You will conduct consultations, recommend packages, explain promotions, and ensure a smooth customer journey from intro to sale.

The role involves achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships. You will coordinate with therapists, handle inquiries, and participate in marketing activities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in beauty, aesthetics, slimming, wellness, retail sales or related industries.
• Proven sales experience and track record is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and passionate about achieving sales results.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays based on roster.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in, referred and existing customers professionally.
• Conduct customer consultations to understand clients' beauty and wellness goals.
• Recommend suitable hair removal, slimming and wellness packages based on customers' needs.
• Explain treatment benefits, packages, promotions and pricing clearly to clients.
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries and prospective customers to maximize conversion rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the treatment journey.
• Handle customer feedback, concerns and enquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records, consultation notes and sales reports.
• Participate in roadshows, marketing campaigns and promotional activities when required.
