Job Role
Collaborate with the L&D Manager to develop, deliver, and enhance training programs. Foster a growth mindset among staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure teams meet the company’s premium service standards with confidence and competence.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Learning Culture
- Partner with the L&D Manager to execute training strategies for continuous learning.
- Deliver hands-on, classroom, and on-the-job training to therapists and consultants (covering treatments, consultations, service behaviors).
- Coach teams to refine skills, accept feedback, and pursue excellence to build a growth mindset.
Service Quality
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s premium service and consultation standards.
- Visit outlets regularly to observe service delivery, and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify performance gaps, and work with Outlet Managers and the L&D Manager on improvement plans.
Technical & Product Development
- Provide in-depth training on products, machines, and wellness programs.
- Support new service/product/equipment launches via structured training and follow-up coaching.
- Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and innovations to improve training content and methods.
Coaching & Talent Development
- Serve as a mentor and role model to help therapists/consultants build confidence, professionalism, and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with Outlet Managers on individual development plans and team capability building.
- Create a positive learning environment that values continuous improvement and professional growth.
Documentation & Reporting
- Assist in developing and improving training materials, SOPs, and learning resources.
- Maintain accurate training records, competency assessments, and certification documents.
- Provide insights, observations, and improvement suggestions to the L&D Manager.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Certification
- Hold a Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or related fields.
- Professional certifications in beauty or wellness are preferred.
Experience
- Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in beauty, wellness, spa, or aesthetic services.
- Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring is an advantage.
