Beauty Therapist / Beauty Consultant / Beautician / Supervisor

About the role

Are you an experienced Beauty Therapist, Beauty Consultant, Beautician or Supervisor with a passion for providing exceptional client experiences? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at the Heco Aesthetics Centre Sdn Bhd' in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of beauty treatments and services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Providing a variety of beauty treatments such as facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and other aesthetic services

Offering professional skin and beauty consultations to understand client needs and recommend the most suitable treatments

Maintaining detailed records of client information and treatment history

Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety are upheld in all treatment areas

Assisting with the supervision and training of junior beauty therapists, if required

Contributing to the overall success of the salon through excellent customer service and building strong client relationships

What we're looking for

Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skin care, and aesthetic services

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience for each client

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
