Beauty Sales Consultant (Body Care/Skincare)

Location: AEON Wellness, Bukit Indah, Johor Bahru
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Age Group: 30 – 40 years old
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in customer service, retail, beauty products, or related fields
Immediate Start: Preferred

We are seeking an experienced and personable Beauty Advisor to represent the trusted skincare and bodycare brand JOSERISTINE from Hong Kong at AEON Wellness Bukit Indah. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals passionate about beauty, wellness, and building meaningful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote Joseristine Products and Educate Customers: Recommend and promote skincare and bodycare products, helping customers find suitable solutions. Provide expert advice on product usage for optimal results.
2. Demonstrate Product Knowledge: Share insights about key ingredients and their benefits. Show customers how to apply products correctly for maximum effectiveness.
3. Maintain Attractive Displays and Manage Stock: Keep product displays neat and appealing. Arrange stock and coordinate with the head office to ensure product availability.
4. Build Positive Customer Relationships: Deliver excellent customer service, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and recommend additional products when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service, retail, or beauty products
• Language Skills: Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Location & Transport: Based in Johor Bahru with own transport
• Personal Traits: Friendly, responsible, self-motivated, passionate about skincare and wellness

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Sales Skills: Experience with product demonstrations or in-store promotions
• Customer Loyalty Building: Ability to develop long-term relationships and provide after-sales service
• Stock Management: Experience in stock arrangement and order placement
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Johor Bahru for occasional errands

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,300/month
• Monthly Bonus: RM300/month
• Commission: 5% on all sales
• Public Holiday Pay: Double pay for 11 public holidays
• Earnings Potential: Up to RM4,000/month (including commission and holiday pay)
• Contributions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS
