Job summary

Sephora Malaysia ( Beauty In Motion Sdn Bhd ) invites motivated students to join as an internship in Category Management. You will work with the Make-Up Category Lead to track launch plans, ensure listings and pricing accuracy, and assist with campaign rollouts in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

You will gain hands-on experience in prestige beauty, reporting, store visits, and merchandising, contributing to brand activations and in-store experiences across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Diploma/Degree program.
• Local Malaysian.
• University-issued Internship Requirement Letter for at least 6-month placement.
• Passion for the beauty industry and awareness of current trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Willingness to conduct store visits and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist Category Lead with monthly launch plans and campaigns.
• Ensure product listings are complete and pricing confirmed.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity for category growth.
• Prepare monthly reports and analyze category performance.
• Identify display risks during rollout and coordinate store visits.
• Support visual merchandising and in-store campaign setups.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to plan brand animations.
• Conduct post-campaign store visits and compile reports.
