What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalized beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.

Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provenceproducts, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.

Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.

Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.

Master POS and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.

Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

Genuine passion for beauty products and customer service excellence

Availability to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends and public holidays

Good to Have

Previous experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industry (Don't worry if you are new to this - we will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed and grow with confidence!)
