BEAUTY CONSULTANT CUM THERAPIST

• Ensure follow up with all clients after treatment or after sales.
• Give professional beauty care advice and product advice to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional touch.
• Compile relevant monthly reports related to client follow up.
• Provide in-depth explanations to clients regarding treatments/procedures with the objective of closing sales.
• Advise clients on necessary aftercare.
• Always respond to customer calls/messages as soon as possible.

2. Pertaining to Clinic

• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness of the clinic.
• Assist in frontline duties, i.e., registering clients, appointment making, reception, billing, etc., when required.
• Assist doctors with procedures when required.
• Comply with workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the organization.
• Maintain good teamwork and unity among all work colleagues.
• Assist the branch manager with the preparation and maintenance of necessary reports.
• Ensure daily tasks are completed, e.g., daily dispensary, treatment notes, patient file updates, follow up.
• Exhibit reliability to complete tasks and follow branch manager instructions.
• Share and discuss ideas with your colleagues or branch manager to achieve better outcomes.
