About the role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team at DRANA Wellness & Spa in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As a Beauty Consultant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through exceptional service and product recommendations. This is a full-time position based in our modern spa.

What you'll be doing

Providing personalised consultations to understand each client's unique beauty needs and goals

Recommending and demonstrating the most suitable facial treatments and skincare products.

Delivering high-quality beauty services such as facials.

Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our product range and industry trends

Ensuring a welcoming, relaxing and luxurious spa experience for all clients

Assisting with inventory management and spa operations as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant or in a similar customer-facing beauty role

Strong knowledge of skin, facial treatments and skincare products.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide personalised advice

Certification or diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy or a related field

A warm, friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for the beauty industry

Strong time management and multitasking abilities
