Job Description
If you are passionate about beauty and enjoy sharing your knowledge with customers, consider joining our team as Clarins' ambassador.

Job Responsibilities
1. Sales & KPI Achievement
- Grow product sales in-store
- Understand sales KPIs, SOPs, and the brand structure.

2. Customer Service
- Provide service according to Clarins standards
- Recruit new customers
- Foster loyalty and repeat purchases

3. Product, Inventory & Follow-Up
- Participate in store operations
- Have basic knowledge of product sales by franchise and review sales reports

Requirements:
- At least one year of retail experience or fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
- Passionate about beauty and skincare
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and team player
