Clarins Group is seeking a Beauty Coach to represent the brand at our Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur store. As a Brand Ambassador, you will promote skincare products, drive sales, and deliver Clarins-level service to every customer.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience, or fresh graduates welcomed.
• Able to speak English; additional language is a plus.
• Passionate about beauty and skin care.
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote Clarins skincare products to customers in store.
• Improve store product sales and meet KPIs.
• Deliver customer service to Clarins standards.
• Recruit new customers and drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Participate in store operations and stock/product KPI reviews.
