Job summary

Qualifications

• Passionate about beauty
• High initiative, goal oriented and solution focused
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline
• Min 3 to 5 years experience in buying, brand management, sales or consulting, preferably in Beauty / FMCG / Retail and E-commerce
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and strategic thinking
• Project management, time management and problem solving skills; pitching and negotiating skills preferred
• Verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and build strong pipeline of new brands, products and technologies to drive business growth and expand group’s strategic brand portfolio
• Identify and monitor major local and international trends
• Work with senior management and teams across the business to evaluate potential new brands, products and technologies, commercial opportunities, develop strategies and plans, support presentations, pitches, negotiations and successful go to market
• Fostering relationships with internal & external business partners
• Project management and stakeholder management; championing, coordinating and overseeing processes from prospect to launch; tracking and reporting
• Implementation of various strategic initiatives
