Position purpose

Reporting to the Retail/Sales Operations Executive, this role focuses on representing a luxury skincare brand by delivering exceptional sales performance and customer service, fostering lasting customer relationships and creating a welcoming retail experience.

Key responsibilities

  1. Attend to customer request and enquiries on skincare products.
  2. Recommend the ideal skincare product to customers according to their individual preference through knowledge sharing.
  3. Maintain good relationship with customers to build customer loyalty.
  4. Basic housekeeping of work area.
  5. Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take.
  6. May be required to be involved in new beauty products launches & related events.

Requirements

  1. Relevant retail experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products.
  2. Excellent customer service skills with a strong sales orientation.
  3. Willingness to commit to retail operational hours.
  4. Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance.
  5. Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
