- Ensure execution of promotions, campaigns, and new product launches effectively.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Develop training plans to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and selling skills.
- Schedule and manage daily staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
- Encourage upselling, cross-selling, and building customer loyalty.
- Ensure Beauty Advisors deliver high-quality customer service aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take action to drive results.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Reporting & Administration
- Monitor compliance with SOPs, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports, attendance logs, and stock movement reports.
- Track competitor activity and share market feedback with the sales team.
