Position purpose

Reporting to the Retail/Sales Operations Executive, this role focuses on representing a hair care brand by delivering exceptional sales performance and customer service, fostering lasting customer relationships and creating a welcoming retail experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Attend to customer requests and enquiries on hair care products.
  • Recommend the ideal hair care products to customers according to their individual preference through knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain good relationship with customers to build customer loyalty.
  • Basic housekeeping of work area.
  • Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take.
  • May be required to be involved in new beauty products launches & related events.

Requirements

  • Relevant retail experience in hair care or skincare products.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong sales orientation.
  • Willingness to commit to retail operational hours.
  • Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance.
  • Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
