Job summary

Medi Beaute Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate Beautician in Kuala Lumpur to deliver high-quality beauty and aesthetic treatments while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Locations include Eko Cheras, Damen USJ, Atria Shopping Gallery, Wangsa Walk Mall, and Mahkota Cheras.

You will perform facials, body treatments, waxing, and related services, conduct skin analyses, and maintain room hygiene to guarantee safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in the beauty industry.
• Certificate in beauty or aesthetic therapy preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented with friendly, professional attitude.
• Willing to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, and other beauty products services
• Conduct skin analysis and assess clients’ needs to recommend suitable treatments and products
• Ensure treatments are performed safely, effectively, and in accordance with company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and repeat visits
• Promote and upsell products and services where appropriate
