Join Our Pre-Opening Team at New Lounge Geno Hotel!
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. If you’re someone who enjoys creating great guest experiences with excellent service and crafted beverages, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at the bar area

Recommend drink choices and upsell beverages where appropriate

Manage daily bar setup and closing procedures, including stock checks and restocking supplies

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service of alcohol practices

Monitor inventory and assist in restocking when needed

Follow all safety and hygiene policies and procedures

Work closely with the service team to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of service

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bartender or similar role

Good knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
