Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including preparation methods and service standards.
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly service.
• Assist in managing bar inventory, conducting stock checks, and ensuring supplies are adequately maintained.
• Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and hotel operational standards at all times.
• Operate POS systems and handle guest payments accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Well-groomed, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused, team player, and able to take initiative.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
