Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Customize coffee/tea product testing and provide reference samples: Coordinate with customer needs to select samples properly and send them to the technical department for formula design in a timely manner.
• Customer sample testing: After finalizing the samples, deliver them to customers for technical application in a timely manner. Conduct on-site sample testing with customers, obtain feedback, and promptly report to the regional sales department and the company's R&D department.
• Improve and optimize existing beverage products to enhance performance indicators such as product quality, taste, and stability, meeting the changing needs of consumers and market competition.
• Accompany sales teams during customer visits, determine brand tonality, communicate with the customer's R&D department, understand customer needs, assist in market research, and analyze regional brand information.
• Develop personalized product application plans based on customer needs, conduct on-site demonstrations and training to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Design effective application proposals in collaboration with marketing and R&D departments according to customer requirements.
• Analyze market feedback and sales data to identify product issues and areas for improvement, propose solutions, and implement them.

Job Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in product R&D technology application within the beverage industry.
• Priority given to candidates with successful R&D cases in coffee or tea products.
• Preference for candidates who have won international barista awards.
• Proficiency in coffee blending and product development.
