Job summary

EMPAT SEKAWAN is hiring friendly, responsible Service Crew and Baristas to join a fast-paced F&B team in Seberang Perai. You will greet customers, take orders, and ensure high-quality beverages while collaborating with the kitchen and service team.

Training is provided for fresh graduates or candidates without experience, with a requirement for strong Malay and English communication. Salary ranges from RM 2,000 to RM 3,000 per month, with EPF, SOCSO & EIS, annual and medical leave, overtime, and

• Strong communication skills in Malay and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.
• Experience in F&B is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in F&B, restaurant, café, or barista work is an advantage — fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply, training will be provided
• Strong communication skills in Malay and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• A team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic
• Able to start immediately
