Job Responsibility

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve Heyteaâs signature tea and beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in beverage preparation and presentation.
  
  

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly manner.
• Recommend beverages and menu items based on customers' preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
  
  

Store Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, equipment, and customer areas.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including stock replenishment and preparation.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor of any shortages.
  
  

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and assist with other tasks as needed.
  
  

Compliance & Safety

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.

As a Tea Barista, you will be responsible for preparing Heyteaâs signature drinks, ensuring a clean and efficient work environment, and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

• SPM/Certificate or higher in hospitality, F&B, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Prior experience as a barista or in the F&B industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
