Prepare all coffee and beverages to Illy’s high-quality standards.

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and temperature.

Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment properly.

Customer Experience

Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers.

Engage with customers and share knowledge about Illy coffee.

Handle customer requests and minor complaints professionally.

Team Support & Operations

Work efficiently with the team to ensure smooth service flow.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.

Assist in restocking and inventory management.

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness guidelines.

Ensure proper handling of ingredients and equipment.

Assist with Opening & Closing Tasks as directed by Manager/Supervisor.

Sales & Brand Awareness

Recommend drinks and upsell Illy products.

Promote seasonal offerings and special promotions.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least SPM.

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment handling – Experience in making espresso-based drinks and operating coffee machines is an advantage.

Strong customer service skills – Friendly, attentive, and able to provide a pleasant customer experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – Must be efficient, adaptable, and able to multitask during busy hours.
