Job summary

Qualifications

• Work permit restrictions require Malaysian citizens or permanent residents.
• University degree/diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management preferred.
• Experience as Assistant Manager - Bar or Team Leader in hotels or luxury restaurants preferred.
• Strong understanding of bar operations, including beverage preparation, inventory management and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the bar in line with Hyatt standards.
• Support the Bar Manager in leading and developing the bar team.
• Maintain inventory, cost controls and contribute to departmental financial objectives.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards while promoting teamwork and guest satisfaction.
