You will

  • Put forward the bar services and instore a personalised service to our guests
  • Organize and coordinate your team by giving them seasonal goals and by supervising their attitude and behaviour in cohesion with the Club Med standards
  • Participate in optimizing the budgets of your services by handling the expenses and by improving the profitability of your service so that it can become a profit source
  • Guarantee the quality of the bar services and ensure hygiene and safety rules
  • Integrate your team members within the Village’s team: identify their needs and organize training sessions for them to gain in competence
