You will

• Promote the bar services and provide personalised service to our guests.
• Organize and coordinate your team by setting seasonal goals and supervising their attitude and behaviour in line with Club Med standards.
• Help optimize your service budgets by managing expenses and improving profitability to generate revenue.
• Guarantee the quality of bar services and ensure hygiene and safety regulations are followed.
• Integrate team members within the Village’s team: identify their needs and organize training sessions to enhance their skills.
