Staffing 360 Sdn. Bhd. seeks a results-driven sales leader for bank and insurance product sales across multiple Malaysian locations. You will build relationships with customers, promote suitable products, and drive monthly targets while coaching a team of financial advisors.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication skills and licences (PCE and CEILI). Travel to branches as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Proven sales experience in insurance and/or banking.
• Ability to lead, coach, and manage a team of advisors.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess PCE and CEILI licences.
• Willing to travel when required.
