Job Description

• Promote Bancassurance.
• Engage and assist bank customers.
• Perform prospecting, cold calling, qualifying customers, setting appointments and provide financial advisory service to customers.
• Work with branch colleague to convert leads referral into sales closure.
• Build relationships with bank customers and strengthen rapport for subsequent up‑selling.
• Engage in sales and marketing event at the bank to acquire new customer.
• Provide follow up on the policy servicing services to customer, i.e. payment mode, change in plans, trustee appointment, top ups.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates with minimum Diploma / Degree are welcomed to apply.
• Background: Economics, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Communications and etc. (any background is welcomed to apply)
• Must enjoy talking to customers and willing to learn.
• Proficient in English and Malay
• Enthusiastic and self‑motivated to "earn high income".
• Daring, aggressive, result oriented, willing to accept challenges and a high achiever.
• Able to work over the telephone with great communication skills.
• On‑the‑job training will be provided.
