A leading company in Banking & Finance is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves responding to inbound calls and interacting with clients to provide solutions. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, a relevant diploma or degree, and a customer-focused attitude.

Working Hours:
Shifts Arrangement
1) 8 hours of working (exclusive 1 hour lunch break)
2) Shift on rotational basis
3) Working days: 5 days/ week
4) Off days: 2 days/ week
Salary: up to RM 2,800 (based on work experience)
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in any related field
Experience in contact centre environment would be advantage.
Pleasant personality, good communication skills and interpersonal skills and courteous
Must be a team player, customer focus and result driven.
Job Purpose:
Answering and responding to inbound calls for services, enquiries according to specified Practice and Procedure.
To escalate and create service request on enquiries that are non-first call resolution.
To ensure timely submission of reports.
