Banking Branch Sales – Local Bank (Nationwide Hiring)

Join a leading local bank and grow your career in branch sales! We are looking for passionate, motivated individuals to promote banking and insurance products, engage with customers, and achieve sales targets at branches across the country.

Job Descriptions

Promote and sell Bank products to walk-in customers at branches.

Identify customer’s financial needs and provide suitable solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff to generate leads and referrals.

Educate customers on the benefits and coverage of plans offered.

Achieve individual and branch sales targets.

Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and other promotional activities.

Provide excellent post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.

Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and Bank Negara Malaysia requirements.

Requirements:

SPM/Diploma/ Degree with 2 years' experience and strong interest in financial and sales advisory are encouraged to apply.

A good understanding of the banking, investment and insurance products, mortgage, secured and unsecured lending products.

Knowledge in Financial Planning/Wealth Management or Retail Banking/Branch Operation.

Enthusiastic to build a good career in sales.

Excellence oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Banking licensing would be an added advantage i.e: PCE/CEILI
