Job Description

What will you do?

  1. Perform the Accounts Payable (AP) function supporting entities and platforms across Asia Pacific.
  2. Support process improvements in AP in line with industry best practices for efficiency and control.
  3. Provide operational and administrative support in the Finance department.
  4. Review expense claims for compliance with CACEIS policies.
  5. Review per diem/cash advance requests and return of cash advances for compliance with CACEIS policies.
  6. Process invoices in the accounting system and review for compliance with expense and other policies, including vendor management and Delegation of Authorities (DOA).
  7. Ensure system reconciliations are completed and follow up on unreconciled items.
  8. Process fund transfers and intercompany invoices according to policies.
  9. Collaborate with Accounting to maintain financial records for Malaysia, including preparation of NIE and balance sheet journals, calculating TP recharges, and providing variance analysis to counterparties.

  • Minimum level of study: Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
  • Training / Specialization: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar; preferably 1-2 years of experience; knowledge in Management Reporting and Financial Planning & Analysis

Minimum experience level: 0-2 years

Skills needed:

  • Working knowledge and application of accounting concepts within a Financial Institution.

IT tools:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
