About the Employer

The employer is one of the biggest banks in Malaysia, with more than 400 branches nationwide. They are currently hiring Personal Bankers to be stationed across various branches in Malaysia.

• Basic Salary of RM3,000 - RM10,000 (excluding commissions, bonuses, and cash incentives)
• Yearly incentive trips and performance bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote bancassurance products; identify customer segments for new sales
• Prospecting and cold calling to engage potential customers
• Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
• Build and maintain business relationships to facilitate up-selling
• Provide financial advice and follow-up services on policy matters

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification (at least 5 passes including BM) with a minimum of 3 years of working experience
• Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged to apply
• Experience in sales and customer service is an advantage
• Result-driven with a strong interest in sales and marketing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mandarin speaking ability is a plus
• Own transport and willingness to travel as required
