About the Employer

The employer is one of the biggest banks in Malaysia with more than 400 branches nationwide. They are currently hiring Personal Bankers to be stationed at their branches across Malaysia.

  • Basic salary ranging from RM3,000 to RM10,000 (excluding commissions, bonuses, and incentives)
  • Annual incentive trips and performance bonuses
  • Preferential banking facility rates
  • Unlimited medical coverage
  • Permanent employment status

Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales opportunities
  • Conduct prospecting and cold calls to engage potential clients
  • Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
  • Build and maintain business relationships to facilitate up-selling activities
  • Provide financial advice and follow-up services regarding policy matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification with at least 5 passes including BM, and at least 3 years of working experience
  • Fresh diploma or degree holders are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in sales and customer service is an advantage
  • Result-oriented with a strong interest in sales and marketing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mandarin speaking ability is a plus
  • Own transport and willingness to travel as required
